Our subscription process is designed to be seamless and bespoke:

• Step 1: Customize Your Plan
  Select your preferred size and choose the day of the week you would like to receive your regular floral refills.
  
• Step 2: Schedule Your First Order
  Pick the exact date and time for your very first delivery or pickup.
  
• Step 3: Personalise Your Blooms
  Our florists will contact you directly to discuss your floral style preferences and curate a bespoke colour palette just for you.
  
• Step 4: Receive & Refresh
  Your initial delivery will include a complimentary vase. Moving forward, we will prepare your regular, fresh floral refills based on your chosen schedule.
  
  

Of course! We offer door-to-door delivery for all our subscribers at exclusive per-delivery rates:

• Hong Kong Island: $100
• Kowloon: $150
• New Territories: $200
• Pacific Place: $50 (Includes Pacific Place 1 & 2 Offices, Pacific Place Apartments, Conrad Hotel, Island Shangri-La, and The Upper House)
• Special Locations: For deliveries to AsiaWorld-Expo, Discovery Bay, Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Lantau Island, Lok Ma Chau, Ma Wan, Sunny Bay, Hong Kong International Airport, and Tung Chung, please contact us directly for a custom quote of delivery fee and schedule.

Absolutely! A continuous supply of fresh blooms makes an unforgettable gift. Simply enter the recipient's delivery details at checkout. Please note: All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 1 to 3 months.

Billing cycles are tailored to the specific plan you choose:

• Weekly Subscriptions: Billed automatically in 4-week cycles.
  
  Applicable to Bud Vase, Nano Bouquet in Vase and Standard Bouquet in Vase subscriptions.
  
• Monthly Subscriptions: Billed automatically in 3-month cycles.
  
  Applicable to Monthly Bouquet and 3-Month Special Offer subscriptions.

To ensure the best seasonal floral experience, our plans feature a minimum commitment period:

1. Weekly Bud Vase Subscription: Minimum 1-month commitment.
   
2. Monthly Bouquet Subscription: Minimum 3-month commitment.

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time after the minimum commitment. Please ensure you cancel before your next billing cycle begins so it does not renew. Please note that any upcoming deliveries that have already been billed cannot be cancelled or refunded, and will be fulfilled as scheduled. You can seamlessly manage your preferences by logging into your account.
