By applying for Fleuria Rewards Program, you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them; you further agree to provide with us your personal data (“Personal Data”, as defined in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486) of Hong Kong) and agree that we may collect and use your Personal Data in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Application for Fleuria Rewards Program is free upon filling in the required information on the registration form. No application fee and minimum spending are required for program registration.
Fleuria Rewards Card must be presented upon transaction to earn points. Only one Card can be used in each transaction.
You are eligible to earn 1 point for every HKD 1 spending; You can convert points to vouchers so as to settle full or partial payment for goods purchased at any Fleuria locations in Hong Kong.
Once a redemption order has been processed, points will be deducted instantly and such redemption transaction cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
Reward Card cannot be used in combination with different promotional programs.
Credits and points in the card have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed in any way for cash.
Credits and points in the card are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-divisible, and non-transferable.
Rewards Card will automatically expire if no purchase has been recorded in the past 12 months; in this case, all unused stored credit will be automatically forfeited. Effective period refers to the 12 months following the card's effective date.
Blooms Up Limited reserves the right of final decisions in case of any disputes. We have the right to (a) adjust, withdraw or cancel any rewards or benefits including Reward Points awarded or to be awarded to you; (b) suspend or stop providing any rewards, benefits, or service at any Fleuria store at any time; and (c) terminate your reward account; at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice to you.
